Our wellness sanctuary offers a unique location to host your own retreat. With our private Shala featuring our 4,000-year-old healing cave and accommodation in up to four rustic farmhouses across the road from each other, steeped in millennia of history and legend, with facilities for intimate retreats.

THE RETREAT SPACE

Set in the quaint village of il-Qala on the sister island of Malta, Gozo, our private retreat space sits among farmlands with azure sea views and a stone throw away from secluded beaches and ancient temples.

With a dedicated Shala equipped with everything you need for your retreat journey, from yoga essentials to a tranquil therapy room and healing caves, our stunning Mediterranean paradise serves as the ideal backdrop for crafting unforgettable retreat experiences tailored to your unique preferences and objectives.

Across the road from each other, our selection of accommodations boasts sea views, ensuite bathrooms and private balconies, each home with their own private pool. You can choose to use from 1 to 4 of our Farmhouses for your guests accommodation. Built over 400 years ago, on the Ley-lines of our ancestors, our sanctuary is the ideal retreat venue for intimate yoga, meditation and back-to-nature retreats.

  • Our largest farmhouse Il Pomo Bianco has a large swimming pool with sun loungers, fully equipped professional kitchen, a dining room with handmade rustic wooden tables with patio doors leading to the pool terrace, a lounge area for socialising and or holding meetings and three south-facing communal terraces on the first and second floors. It can be configured with either five en-suite double bedrooms or four double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, with stunning sea and island views from the terraces and pool area.

  • For the Retreat Hosts we offer the Ta Cala, a Private one-bedroom Villa (with a sofa bed) that accommodates 1-2 guests.

    With Air-conditioning/Heating and Wifi, Ta Cala has two bathrooms, a small swimming pool, a south-facing sun terrace, a kitchen, a lounge and a dining area, and it is just 20 metres from The Shala and Ta Kemmuna.

  • In-House Catering - Samudra Chef

    Price:

    For 2 x Vegetarian meals per day, fruit and snacks, unlimited teas, coffee and bottled water: €380 per day plus €25 per person per day. This includes our in-house chef and kitchen assistant preparing the menu, shopping, cooking, dining table setting and clear up and serving.

    Meat and fish options can be catered for.

    Self-Catering - use of kitchen only and bring your own chef

    Use of the Samudra professional kitchen including all of its appliances and utensils.

    Price: €100 per day

    Own Catering – use each of the Farmhouse’s kitchens to cook for yourselves.

    Price: No extra charge.

    Optional Extra:

    Unlimited teas, coffee and bottled water: €2.50 per person per day.
    Fruit and Snacks: €2.50 per person per day
