Spring in Gozo and the flowers bloom, a perfect time for taking long nature hikes and enjoying yoga by the sea. We welcome anyone who feels the call to take a retreat and gift themselves a unique experience.

As a group we will take a journey from the logical mind into the expression of the body, learning to listen to the voice of our true selves. We store a tremendous amount of emotional material in our bodies which takes the form of tension, pain and fatigue. We can release that emotional material from the body through the vehicle of attention, discernment, breath and surrender. Connecting with our bodies requires slowing down. Our programme is designed to empower you to live within the realm of what life actually is, in this human body, on this planet. To celebrate your unique self and enjoy the pleasures of connecting with humans on a soul level.
This retreat accommodates from 4 to 10 guests across our three 400-year-old farmhouses each with their own private pool and views to melt your senses.

Meals and Diets

We serve brunch at 10.30am and dinner at 6.30pm every day in the dining area.
Each house has a selection of herbal teas, fresh coffee and healthy snacks. Water is available from our filter which you can access 24/7 from the kitchen.

All our meals are gluten free and vegetarian. If you have allergies that require medical attention we will alter the meals to suit your needs.

Accommodation & Prices
Our 400 year old farmhouses sit across the road to one another, surrounded by nature, looking onto the views of the sea and Comino island.
Towels and beach towels provided for each room. All rooms have AC for both cooling and heating.
We offer five private rooms with en-suites and three twin rooms as a shared occupancy with an en-suite. Ta Kemmuna accommodates two people, Ta Qala and Ta Cetta each accommodates four people. The double and Queen bedrooms can be booked for 2 persons to share at a 10% discount on the one person occupancy price x 2.

You will stay in Ta Qala Farmhouse, where you can enjoy the common areas that include a sitting room, kitchen, outside terrace and private pool area. Ta Qala Farmhouse is situated down a small alleyway directly facing our Samudra Shala.

This room connects you to the dream world and the depths of the sea.

The Sea Room is located in the middle of Ta Kemmuna Farmhouse, connecting to the common areas. The room has a door that connects to the terrace with a pool. The terrace leads directly onto nature with fields full of wild plants. You can watch the sunrise from the terrace every morning, overlooking the blue lagoon and Comino island.
This room can be booked for sole occupancy (double bed) or for shared occupancy (twin beds), in which case you will be sharing this room and bathroom en-suite with another guest,
You will stay in Ta Kemmuna Farmhouse, where you can enjoy the common area, the pool and outdoor terrace, surrounded by nature, looking out to Comino Island. This is the oldest room in the house and displays traditional Maltese tiles as well as high ceilings.

The Sky Room is located at the top of Ta Kemmuna Farmhouse. You will enjoy unobstructed views of Comino Island and the surrounding sea right from your terrace, and a perfect view of the sunrise from your front door. You can also see the blue sea right from your own bed. The sun terrace is extremely large, with plenty of space to relax and have your own quiet outdoor space.
Provence blue meets neutral minimalist, plants and lots of space, designed with nature in mind.
This is a private room with en-suite and private terrace, for one guest or a couple sharing.
You will stay in Ta Kemmuna Farmhouse, where you can enjoy the common area, the pool and outdoor terrace, surrounded by nature, looking out to Comino Island. To reach the Sky Room, you are led up an outdoor traditional farmhouse staircase at the back of the house, that is detached from the common area.
